***Mid-Century Modern Freak Exclusive***
Since we last featured his famous Kaufmann Desert House in March and April of last year, financial executive and mid-century modern preservationist, Brent Harris, has become somewhat of a regular contributor to the Mid-Century Modern Freak blog. He saw our previous post where we featured the ultra-stylish facade of the Fair Hills Eichler home he shares with his wife Lisa. He purchased the A. Quincy Jones & Frederick Emmons-designed home in 2006 and has done an impeccable job restoring it.
In these exclusive photos taken by the owner himself, you see more of this amazing property. He hired “Interior Designer to the Stars" Brad Dunning to handle all the design aspects of the home. This includes the interesting Don Judd-inspired staircase going up the landscape easement for easy access to the lush views and surroundings of East Orange, CA. In one of the photos, we see Lisa in the distance walking near the pool framed by Hendrik Van Keppel/Taylor Green chairs.
Thank you Mr. Harris for sharing your extraordinary home with our readers!
